Sometimes the text becomes too long for the cell and it overlaps the next cell.

‘Wrap Text’ function will wrap the text only to the length of the cell.

Location of ‘Wrap Text’ button

1. Choose the Home tab.
2. Click the Wrap Text button . Excel wraps the text in the cell.
